We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Lead to help drive our growth and lead our marketing initiatives.

Position Overview

The Marketing Lead will oversee and execute marketing strategies across digital platforms while helping build and manage the company’s brand presence. This role is ideal for someone creative, organized, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms

• Manage company branding and online presence

• Create and oversee content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and advertisements

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports

• Lead SEO, paid advertising, and lead generation initiatives

• Coordinate with designers, sales teams, and external partners

• Research market trends and competitor strategies

• Help improve customer engagement and retention

• Manage and optimize marketing budgets

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in digital marketing, marketing management, or related fields 

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing

• Experience with content creation and branding strategies

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools is an asset

• Leadership experience is preferred
